Guidelines for Take-home Assignments

Name, assignment number, due date and submission date to be affixed to all assignments
All assignments to be typed, using size 12 font

Students needing clarification about assignment instructions may email   stronghealthycommunity@sympatico.ca – a response can be expected within two working days

Hard copy of assignments to be submitted by due date to avoid losing marks for tardiness – a late assignment will receive a mark of 0%, unless the student has made arrangements with the instructor

Students are required to contact the instructor by telephone (705-742-4126) to negotiate alternative due date for late assignments or if unable to attend class on date assignment is due

Incomplete assignments will affect final course marks

Instructor to make assignments available electronically … students to visit stronghealthycommunity.com if they want the Microsoft Word version of assignments

Unless otherwise requested, assignments may be completed using point form (bullets)
