Have you ever thought the following?

· "I know I need to be healthier, for me and for my family, but I just don’t know what to do."
· "I have tried everything and I just can’t seem to lose the weight."
· "If only I could sleep better, I’d have the energy to exercise, and then I’d feel so much better."
· "If only I could get rid of the cravings – life would be so much easier."
· "I’m just so busy; I can’t find the time or energy to exercise, and even when I do exercise it doesn’t seem  to help."
· "I’m starting to have health issues; I’m afraid of what will happen if I don’t do something soon – but what?!"
· "What’s the use – this is the way I’m going to look and feel for the rest of my life."

My name is Linda and, in 2007, I turned 50 years old. I’ve thought all of these things, and lots more.

I have been on a journey for many years to find the missing link to optimal health, well-being and balance. It is only since turning 50 that I can truly say that I have found some answers.

In December 2005, I was diagnosed with a life threatening health issue. I was told the prognosis was not good. That was my shake-up call.

But, my story did not begin in 2005 – it began many years ago. For as long as I can remember, my weight has been an issue. For more than 30 years, I have been trying to lose weight, but especially for the past 21 years since having my children. I think I’ve always known that obesity is the cause of many health problems, but even this knowledge was not enough. I simply had not been able to lose the weight I gained since having children – and keep it off. I felt I needed to put on a brave face and accept that nothing would ever change.

The death of my 61-year-old mother when I was approaching 40 gave me incentive to start looking beyond my weight to my health. I was very personally motivated: my then 10-year-old daughter lives with an intellectual disability; I knew I needed to do whatever it takes to ensure that I will be able to provide for her for a long time – I simply could not contemplate an early death. I vowed to change the way I eat, and to incorporate exercise into my life – even if I couldn’t lose the weight, at least I’d be as healthy as possible.

Over the next 10 years, I researched and experimented, and discovered exercise I enjoy and that makes my body feel strong and balanced, and I found food that is life-giving.

However, despite incorporating daily, rigorous exercise and healthy eating into my life, I continued to experience severe distress in my body, including anxiety, lack of concentration, fatigue, interrupted sleep, joint and muscle discomfort, hair loss, food cravings and the inability to lose weight.

Finally, believing I must have a brain tumour (due to my inability to think and speak clearly), I approached a naturopath who specializes in bio terrain/live blood, saliva and urinalysis assessment. He assured me I did not have a tumour, and proceeded to help free my body of the many pharmaceuticals that had been prescribed for me over the past 30 years. During my treatment, I discovered I had a life threatening health issue. Surviving motivated me even more; I knew that I had to take drastic measures to improve my health.

I credit my naturopath (and a lot of prayer) for bringing my body back into balance and (thank you God!) for curing me. However, despite this intervention and my continued rigorous exercise and healthy eating, I could not shed even one single pound. I felt like I was doing all of the right things, but I was frustrated. I wanted to achieve even better health and well-being by shedding the weight I’d been carrying around for so many years.

When I turned 50, I decided it was time for me to do a complete “temple renovation” – to do something just for me, to make an investment in my health, to help my body feel better. After accepting the invitation to consider Nutritional Cleansing, I started using a 30-day system.

I started using the system for the benefit of the nutrients, silently hoping that a side effect might be weight loss. Having been so unsuccessful in the past, I doubted that I would lose weight, but I decided that if I put good food into my body, I would feel better – if I could lose weight, well, that would be a bonus.

I have been amazed by the positive changes I am seeing, and feeling, in my body! Nutritional Cleansing is the missing link, the answer I have been searching for.

Since I have been using the Nutritional Cleansing products, I have more energy and mental clarity, I sleep through most nights (something I have not done in 25 years!), and I am calmer and more relaxed. I experience much less discomfort in my body. My hair is no longer falling out the way it did in the past. I have gained lean muscle, and, almost miraculously, I have virtually no food cravings, and have released weight – so far, I have lost more than 20 pounds and over 36 inches. I have gone down four dress sizes, reduced my body fat by over 3.5 per cent, and brought my waist size down well below the recommended healthy maximum of 35 inches! I feel better now than I’ve felt in 25 years.

I still have a long way to go, but I am finally on the right track! Now that my health is improving, I am able to focus beyond my own personal health and well-being. I am able to focus my attention on nurturing the good health of others in my community – people who may be the ones to welcome my daughter into their lives when I am no longer on this earth. And, because of the business opportunities that come along with this amazing Nutritional Cleansing system, I am able to set a goal of producing an income that will one day provide the supports my daughter needs to live her life beyond her parents.

I want to tell everyone about Nutritional Cleansing. I know that anyone who tries these products will feel better almost immediately.

I feel like I have been given a new lease on life. Within one month of my 51st birthday, six people who do not know me well guessed that I was not yet 40 years old! I feel like I am getting younger and younger as I continue using the Nutritional Cleansing system. And, not only am I healthier and feeling younger, but I’m earning income as a Consultant, as well! Three months after deciding to become a nutritional cleanse and lifestyle coach, I had matched the income I had been making in my private consulting business. This success has inspired me to work even harder to help others achieve optimum health, and it has shown me that my goal of securing my daughter’s future is within sight

I want everyone I know to experience what I’ve experienced with Nutritional Cleansing. I hope you will consider achieving optimal health through Nutritional Cleansing, and even increased wealth as a nutritional cleanse and lifestyle coach.
